The shipping is free for all the in-stock dolls, but customized dolls are not free. You can choose different shipping methods to get different shipping costs.
Note: Sex doll products shipped to the UK, Canada, Mexico,Switzerland and Norway will require custom clearance by the customer.
The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. There will be no information that indicates that it’s a doll. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.
For Canada, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, and a few other countries it is not possible to pay import charges upfront. On average the additional fee is approx $150 and in most cases. In this case, we will split the duty fees with you (50%) and also manage the liaison with import customs, so it is stress-free for you.

Custom Doll: Delivery time is 7-25 work days !
Order processing starts within 2 hours of receipt of your order in general, so please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button. If we have begun processing your order, and you still wish to cancel your order, Please abide by the following policies :
You can cancel the order within 12 hours, don’t pay any fee, and we can refund full to you.
If you still want to cancel after 12 hours, we will charge a certain fee according to the progress of your order processing.
If we do not reply to your email in time, please wait patiently. We will process it according to the time you send the first email or message.
Once the doll has been shipped and offered you the tracking number for the in-stocked doll or your custom doll has been finished, the order will not be canceled, please understand.
– Wrong Dolls
When you receive the doll and you find it looks absolutely different from the factory pictures or website, just show us an unboxing video (with the whole body, head, shipping label, and outside package box ). We will report and check to our factory and shipping carrier, and arrange a new replacement for you.
– Damaged Dolls
You should file a claim with the shipping carrier on receipt of your package if it is severely damaged. A new replacement will be arranged depends on how severe damage it is. For slight damage, a repair kit will be offered.
